Whitley Leopold: Most U.S. companies operate on a 8-hour work day. In this case, 12 business hours would represent a day and a half.Walmart, however, is open 24 hours a day. 12 business hours, in Walmart's case, would only be half a day.
Vernon Martorana: if they are open 24 hours then there is 24 business hours, if open 12 hours then 12 business hours. if open only for restock and clean up then no business hours.
Darrin Hixenbaugh: Um . . . it's twelve hours . . . The difference between a "business hour" and a "regular hour" is that a business hour is when business is done. For example, most people work 8 hours per day in the United States, therefore one and one half work days is twelve business hours.
