Virgil Loatman: First eliminate the easy stuff, check the batteries in both remotes.Check that nothing is blocking the remote sensor on the TV. It could be hard to see where that is, but just make sure there is nothing in front of the TV, anywhere.I suppose it could be the remote receiver circuit in the TV itself, although this is a really uncommon failure....Show more
