I think liquid is much better only different between the liquid and powder are liquid is more expensive and it cleans much better clothing and powder is much cheaper and it leaves powder residues on clothing which is i don't really like it

Leif Andreason: powder laundry soap is more caustic than liquids but if you can safely use chlorine bleach in your front loader then you can safely use powder detergentit will suds more than liquid so just don't us! e too muchyou may also want to dissolve first in a jar of very! hot water just put it in and place the lid on and shake like mad then add to your washerif sudsing is too much add some fabric softener as this will reduce the sudsnothing wrong with not wasting and if you don't want to wash clothes with it you can always use it for other cleaning purposes...Show more

Demetrius Coaster: Front loaders require HE laundry soap because it is less sudsing. Using anything else will lead to problems with your machine..if not right away, then over a short period of time. Why chance ruining an expensive item...give the soap away or trade someone for HE detergent.
