Kenneth Blacker: It should be pretty safe, rides are checked pre-opening. I have visited there once, and nothing about the rides seemed out of the ordinary or unsafe.
Elli Esaw: Amusement park rides are pretty safe. Each ride gets checked over every day (sometimes twice daily) to ensure that it is in good condition, and safe to ride. I know that your grandchildren will have fun...I just visited Hershey Park in June.
Conrad Puleio: Rides at a major theme park are pretty safe for the most part. Given the literally millions of people who ride vs the vanishingly small number of injuries, there are far more likely things to worry about. An occasional accident does happen rarely, but even then it tends to be because someone climbed a fence or otherwise was somewhere they weren't supposed to be.
Leontine Kreitz: Nah, I'd be more worried about them riding at a county fair than a well known and stationary amusement park. They have engineers go through those ri! des all the time to make sure they're up to snuff. Have fun ... your grand kids will!
Nelly Kikuchi: Hershey is a family friendly place!!! They have rides for all ages, and the are really safe! Even the 3 yr old will have rides to go on!
