Beau Starcevic: charles here is the best answer, it happened to me i went to prison for three years, my so called friend went over to my other friends house and picked up my 18'' charger w/ 460 ford motor jet drive boat, when i got out of prison i had no boat along with a lot of other prize possession's, how did my so call friend do it he sold the boat on me and kept the money, how did he do it, easily, he went to dept of wildlife and recreation (in nevada this is who give out titles and registration for boats) and he claimed he lost the title and registration for the boat, he brought the boat down to wildlife & recreation and was issued a new one in his name, i was never informed about this transaction from the state of nev, and lost my boat, give it a try...Show more
