Damion Oleksa: some times in your cheaper cars they dont put very good factory audio systems. Now if your just wanting a crisper sound then yes a new better reciever can do that for you but if you want the all around with the bass then yes you will have to invest in a amp and subs and thats if the speakers that are on there are pretty decent
