We don't install parts supplied by the customer either.You bring in the car and tell me it's symptoms. I diagnose the problem and give a written estimate. You authorize the repair and pay the bill. Jen Maday: They all run a diagnose first- at least that what they say- to identify the problem. I really don't think they'll listen to uthey'll probably ask u: if u know what the problem is why don t u fix it yourself?
