Guy Bonamico: You should only buy foreign cars they are more reliable and they last longer, use this site to find used cars in your area, autos.aol.com, and use this site to find ratings of the car, edmunds.com, just remember as long as the car is foreign, you should be fine, Good Luck.
Elden Bardach: You can buy pretty much any make or model--the price will depend a lot on the year and mileage. Pretty much anything not made in the U.S. is a good choice. Toyota, Honda, Mazda, Volkswagon, or Acura to name a few.
